- Defining the Business HR strategy and structure to facilitate effective implementation of HR practices, processes and programs

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

- Represent the full spectrum of Human Resources function to the business and act as the single point of contact for all their needs

- Facilitate change management wherever whenever required

- Pro-actively gather business needs and communicate the same to other HR sub-functions so that deliveries can be on time and of the best possible quality

- Proactively study existing HR policies and processes and suggest changes which will help position HR function as a strategic partner with the business

- Coach senior managers and leaders on people issues.

- Collaborate with other teams and managers which will help the Company acquire, identify and groom future leaders from within

- Work closely with the HR and Unit leadership team to identify talent development opportunities and provide thought leadership and strategic direction to effectively roll out and manage the structured high value initiatives in the areas of Individual Development Planning, Career Progression and Development and Capability Development

- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, draw and execute field employees engagement calendars, drive OD at a macro level
