GM/VP - HR Head - Real Estate Consulting Firm - XLRI/TISS/MDI/FMS (13-23 yrs)
Our client is an established Real Estate firm, part of a large very reputed organization. They have been hived off as a separate unit and are growing rapidly. They are young and intend to hire a young dynamic HR Leader to establish and lead the people function.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Establish the HR Strategy and Vision for the org
- Devise yearly HR plan
- Manage the entire hire to retire cycle for the organization
- Drive initiative to set up the culture of the organization
- Be very thorough with Performance Appraisal, Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Engagement, Rewards etc
- Have a good understanding of Data Collation, Analytics and Reporting to stake-holders
To qualify for these positions you should:
- PG/MBA in HR from a reputed B-School
- 13 to 23 years of experience in HR
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Leading a BU / Organization independently
- Be agile and comfortable in a start-up culture
- Have experience across the various HR functions
- Have the ability to connect the Business and Leaders to HR
- Have good communication skills
- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate

- Budgets for the role are around 45-55 LPA
