GM - Technology/Compounding & Processing - Tyre Manufacturing Plant (15-25 yrs)
Looking for a Masters/ PHd in Rubber technology.
- Must have Expertise in Quality Assurance, R& D, technical Compounding, New process/Lab Testing/product Development, procedure & checkpoints. Must be rubber technologist with 15-25 years experience in Technical department of a large tyre (Two wheeler / Bicycle tire and tubes) manufacturing plant.
- Expert in Quality Assurance, R& D, Compounding, New product Development, Material Development, CFT Compound, Mixing & Calendering.
Role:
- Design operations. Quality management. Interaction with customer & supplier development for end to end trials, execution etc. Product development and new compounding mix development/testing Product/performance.
- Continuous improvement through Value engineering and Value Addition. Wastage Management & Cost Control
- Well experience in various functions of manufacturing operations, like compound mixing, fabric calendaring process, recipe preparation & modification, new raw material development, compound cost optimization, new supplier development & EHS management.
