About our Client - Our Client is one of India's leading diversified Engineering Company with a growing Global presence. They had over 30% growth last year and are slated for similar growth this year due to which the opening of General Manager Strategic Finance has been created.

Job Description - Reporting to the CFO and handling a team of 2 people, your primary responsibilities will be:

- Business planning, monitoring and business performance assessment

- Key role in new business development. Leading assessment of business opportunities, partners, business plan development , valuation and due diligence

- Drive mergers & acquisitions/ JV related activities

- Manage the market intelligence activity related to the economy, customer, competitor and technology

The Successful Candidate - You must be a qualified CA/MBA with at least 12 - 15 years of experience primarily in the strategic planning/corporate planning space within the Manufacturing or Engineering sector. You must be driven, energetic with excellent communication skills. You must be self motivated and hands on with your work with strong problem solving & analytical abilities.
