Role :
- Manage internal and external communications for the organisation
- Plan, execute and monitor PR campaigns proactively and reactively (upon external press & media requests) so as to position company and its leadership team as industry leaders and role models
- Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy, creating key messages and images which reflect brand ethos and can be used consistently across all platforms (speeches, print and online)
- Create Crisis Communication Plan; updates, and management of crisis communications preparedness & activity for the brand
- Be the lead within company to execute various PR platforms and ensure the vision of being a broad based and integrated business to the customer is delivered through consistent messaging
- Creating strong third party endorsements through strategic use of Public Relations
- 70% internal communications ; 30% external
Exp :
- 6-8 years ideally with very strong communication skills. Positioning will be based on experience and value
- Compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate
