Our client is one of the largest power & infra developers. The organisation has successfully developed a global client base along with a strong reputation for being an extremely people friendly organisation. With an aim to further increase their global presence, the organisation has entered the Indian market and is looking to hire top talent across different functions. Further to this, their Gurgaon offices are their regional headquarters.
Description
- Entire ownership of books of accounts.
- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and financial reporting
- Set up systems, processes and internal controls from scratch
- Take care of the treasury function to maintain adequate working capital and make cash flow projections
- Working with statutory auditors
- Direct tax and indirect tax compliance
- Creating the applicable policy & process documents
Profile
- Qualified chartered accountant with between 10-18 years of post qualification experience
- Ideally coming in from a highly process driven multinational
- Exposure to setting up financial systems and processes from scratch will be an added advantage
- You will have strong experience on IFRS as well.
- From a personality front, you will have strong interpersonal & negotiation skills (exposure to dealing with international stakeholders will be an added advantage).
