Position : GM-Recruitment

Location : Chennai

Client : A leading Business Conglomerate with focus on Consumer services,IT, Real Estate and Retail.

Job Profle :

Must be familiar with quick ramping of Talent in the above sectors - atleast 500 resources per annum

Strategise recruitment in various channels - Campus, walk-in, leadership etc.

Candidate profile :

10- 15 years of experience in Recruitment.

PGDM or MBA preferred

Experience in ramping up in IT, KPO, and Retail industries would be useful.
