The client is a diversified business group, with its headquarters set up in the State of Qatar. Real Estate, Quality Service Restaurants (QSR), Boutique Caf- and Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) being their priority business.

Job Summary :
Provide leadership to the QSR Portfolio and Boutique Cafe (Multiple Franchises) . Develop a strategic plan to advance each of the Franchise's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth. Oversee each Franchise operations to ensure production and sales efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources for each of the Franchises.
Reports into the CEO
- Developing Franchises
- Overseeing Franchise operations
- Experience in strategic planning and execution in International QSR brands is a must.
- Knowledge of Arabic preferred
- Only GCC Based Candidates Required For This Role.
- 15-20 years experience in a leadership role for a large Franchise or Company owning multiple Franchises in the F&B or QSR domain.
- MBA in Consulting & General Mgmt OR Sales/Marketing required.
