Role Purpose :

To handle projects & ensuring timely closure of the projects within the specified budgeted and will be based out of Bangalore with the flexibility to travel for project implementation across the country.

Experience : 18 - 22 Years, Age Bracket of 38 to 46 Years

Location : Bangalore

Education : B.E/ B .Tech ( Civil ) / M. Tech ( Civil ) / CA / ICWA / MBA (Fin)

Industry : Infrastructure

- Worked with Real Estate Group or Hospitality Group or Project Management Consulting (PMC such as JLL, CBRE, etc), should have handled projects above 500 Cr,handled manpower above 1000 people at any point in time with the help of contractors & sub contractors

- Experience in dealing with Architects / Contractors and sound knowledge of commercials

- Prior experience of working with Real Estate Group or Hospitality Group or Project Management Consulting (PMC such as JLL, CBRE, etc)

- Experience in dealing with Architects and Contractors and sound knowledge of commercials.

- Should have sound knowledge of construction rules, project execution, (eg, various raw material costs per sft, labour costs - various regions, )

- Ability to source raw materials, people, design experts from hotel industry,
