GM - Operations - Engineering/Auto Ancillary/Integrated Textile

- Candidates with an Engineering background with 15-20 years- experience, out of which at least 5 years should be in the Sr. Managerial category in a medium / large scale Engineering / Auto Ancillary / Integrated Textile Industry.

- The candidate should possess good knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques like TPM, TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing etc.

- The candidate should have hands-on experience in all areas of Manufacturing, including QC.

- The areas of focus will include:

Maximizing capacity utilization

Continuous lowering of manufacturing cost and lead time while meeting the rigorous quality and delivery requirements of our International Customers.

- Candidates with strong leadership traits will be preferred.

- MBA graduates from reputed institutes will be preferred.
