GM - Mergers & Acquisitions - Healthcare/Pharma

We are looking for GM - Mergers & Acquisition for our client in Ahmedabad

Major Purpose:

With number of opportunities coming for acquisition, for inorganic Growth & the company's Capex Plans for the new facilities and add on to the existing facilities. For evaluation of such opportunities and the raising of resources for the Capex, the position is required.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing Capital Expenditure / Project Finance Proposal

- Monitoring Project implementation

- Arranging Term Loans/ CP / Overseas Finance for CPL and its Group Companies

- Analyzing / assessing M&A, JV proposals and participating in negotiation etc.

- MIS Analysis / Budgeting / Costing and Cost Reduction Proposals.

- Assist in improving the Financial Fundamentals of the Company / Group Companies and thereby improving Credit Ratings.

- Trouble Shooting: Evaluating Business Models, Analysis of performance of Overseas Subsidiaries, improving current system and procedures etc.

- Coordination with Consultants for improving Financial and deciding future strategies.

- Any other need based assignment, to be assigned from time to time.

Qualification Required: CA/CFA/ BE & MBA Finance from Premier Business schools
