Job Position :

1) The position would be taking end to end concept to implementation of Brand Management, Communication- Online, ATL & BTL, Sponsorship & IP management, PR, Media & research in country & internationally.

2) Plan & implement various marketing & PR strategy/activities based on the on budget on monthly/Yearly basis that marketing activities are in line with sales & business needs for Brand & all business divisions

3) Planning & implementation of media strategy to successfully establish & grow positioning w.r.t. brand & products

a) Plan & implementation of consumer connect activities i.e. consumer launches, survey & social media engagements, Cover stories, feature articles, product reviews, product placements, executive interviews, CSR activities & grow brand leadership.

b) Management of workflows & timelines for development of ATL campaigns (across TV commercial, print, retail, digital, outdoor & radio) with complete supervision from brief to output

c) End to end Media Relationship management including acting's as spook person for Brand and getting Brand ambassador on board.

d) Visibility with Government Associations & Industry bodies

e) Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share

4) Internal communication: All internal communication to employees from management, newsletters, circulars, motivational & success stories, event coverage in regions, intranet and employee communication.

5) Digital PR: Effective use & engagement of various channels of social media& bloggers community & close coordination with digital marketing team.

6) Product /Services Launches : End to end responsible for launch of any product /services either in country or internationally, identification of relevant media, pre and post event follow up

7) Manage global exhibitions and Channel events

8) Vendor Management: Vendor identification & management for event management, PR activities, promotional concepts, marketing campaigns, road shows etc.
