Looking for a General Manager - Industrial Relations

Company:- Leading Manufacturing Company

Qualification:- MSW / M.A. in P & IR / MBA in P & IR. Degree in Law (Desirable)

Industry:- Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Responsible to handle an end to end IR role

- Responsibility includes to implement ER strategy/Policies for the plants.

- Proactively provide continuous support to plants in terms of ER deliverables.

- Contract Labour Management, Employee Welfare pertaining to Statute & Company.

- The candidate should be well versed in managing procedure of disciplinary action / enquiry etc.

- Thorough knowledge of Labour Laws & Liaison with Govt. Agencies

- Must be fluent in English/ Marathi/ Kannada
