Job Specification
Education: MBA / PGD in Personnel Management /HR / IR from reputed institute
Experience: Minimum 18 years experience in reputed organisations
Designation: General Manager - HR
Reporting to : VP (HR)

Having high power generation capacity, they distribute power in multiple cities.
JD for the job is as mentioned below:
1) Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organisational development
2) Development of HR Policies and its documentation
3) Manpower planning which includes evolving new organisation structure and identification of vacancies
4) Recruitment and staffing logistics
5) Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting particularly with respect to ESI / PF authorities, Government Labour Officer, etc.
6) Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
