GM - Human Resource - M&A/Transition/Change/OD/Transformation/Service Delivery (10-17 yrs)
We are looking for candidates in HR Initiative role who shall be responsible for :
- Global Project life cycle experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, HR Shared Services and HR process design, managed full spectrum of human resources program, services and function
- Leveraging technology in HR and automate HR processes
- Manage significant HR operations
- COE role
The candidate must have participated in mergers & acquisitions. Have initiated change management and other OD interventions successfully. Has been a part of transition management.
