GM - HR & IR - Mfg/Plant (15-20 yrs)
We @ CorporateSearch have been retained to help recruit GM HR+IR for Aurangabad location for some leading clients which are well established in India.
The ideal candidate should have 15-20 yrs exp with MBA HR Degree from good pedigree HR institutes like MILS or equivalent having mandatory plant HR exposure of dealing with IR issues in leadership capacity and fluency in Marathi language .
Relevant HR candidates from Mfg /Plant levels only from Maharashtra region will be highly preferred from well known companies .
