Currently working on a requirement with one of my top prestigious client for the below role.

Position: GM Healthcare Operations

Position based in: Chennai/Hyd/Bangalore

- Responsible for the P&L of the projects and spear head the entire Healthcare operation with a span 400- 500 FTEs

- Instrumental in pricing for New Business

- Building new Specialties within Healthcare

- Build and Grow Client Relationship and identify cross-selling opportunities

- Business process re-engineering and optimization to maximize margins.

- Support in creating RFI, RFPs, Solutions and Value Proposition themes for the prospective clients

- Ensuring that the Service Level Agreements are met at all times with the ability to translate clients requirements into operational strategies

- Conduct capacity planning
