GM/Head - Finance & Accounts/Financial Control - CA

Position - Financial Controller / GM / Head - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for Qualified CA's for our Clients at Museum Road and Jigani Locations at Bangalore.

Experience - 8+ years post qualification

- Candidates should be functionally effective in all facets of Accounts, taxation, audit, and MIS, SAP exposure

- Candidates worked with Infrastructure & Manufacturing companies will be preferred.

- Should demonstrate dynamic leadership qualities. To head Finance & Accounts Dept. & be responsible for signed off accounts & periodic reporting to JV Partners.

- Developing written processes, systems & procedures for payments, purchase, sale & MIS in SAP environment etc.

- Responsible for monthly / periodic closing of accounts including notes to the accounts and ensuring consolidation with JV cos.

- Ensuring All direct / indirect tax compliances i.e payments & fillings of returns - including GST.
