Domain Knowledge -into HR & F&A environment, Shared Services exp is must
Job Summary:
Directs the overall operations of a Service Center of our client, including staff, budgets, service delivery, and customer relations. Responsible for ensuring quality service to customer base, within established service levels (SLA) and budgets. Also responsible for ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with enterprisewide CSS standards, policies, and processes.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Directs the organization, the performance of its functional areas and the activities of its management staff.
2. Oversees business activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members.
3. Directs all business functions, including approval of departmental plans and budgets.
4. Monitors and manages performance against established budgets and service levels (SLAs) to ensure quality service to customers and adherence to budgeted cost allocations
5. Develops and follows a plan to ensure positive relations with customers.
6. Establishes and communicates organizational goals and objectives, defines methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for performing to staff personnel. Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination among functional teams.
