Job Description

This role is with the CEO office to address high-level diligence of key pre-construction and construction activities of projects of Real Estate Business.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic:

1) Providing recommendations on project specific execution strategy.

2) Providing suggestions on project execution standards to deliver projects of global standards

3) Suggestion on costing optimization while preserving the quality and highlight any construction risk to the business

4) To assist CEO Office and the realty team in finalization of architectural concepts of project to achieve optimal efficiency and marketability.

Operational:

1) Monitor execution of various projects of Realty business and securitize Project MIS reports & dashboards on regular basis for management interventions

2) Identify Project bottlenecks, in terms of project launch, project design, approvals, key hindrances affecting project/clusters

3) Supporting CEO office on key strategic assignments for developing long term capability of the business for Sales accelerations, reducing time to launch, new product development, entry strategy for new market etc.

4) Provide regular inputs to architecture and project teams.

People:

1) To oversee and provide suggestions on organization development process

2) To provide suggestion on existing Organization Structure

Desired Candidate Profile

- Should be BE and MBA from premier institute.

- Should have 15 + years experience in all facets of real estate, out of which at least 5 years exclusive experience in project execution.

- Understands the industrial dynamics, organization's growth plans and financial data (e.g.; ROI, PAT) and their relevance to the activities of function/department.

- Drives an environment of addressing latent needs of existing/potential customers, sets up feedback mechanisms and uses them to design customer centric solutions.

- Drives process adherence, performs benchmarking & deploys robust governance mechanisms to deliver products/services at inter-team level.
