GM/DGM - Distribution Management/R&R/Sales Support - Insurance (10-12 yrs)
The role would handle the entire rewards and recognition program for advisor channels. Looking at candidates from B2C industries who have handled sales support/distribution management/R&R roles for a large sales force.
Responsibilities :
- Manage R&R programs for advisors within defined budgets.
- Define inputs for sales planning.
- Manage the Advisor Development Program.
- Design the most appropriate monetary and non -monetary Rewards and Recognition schemes.
- Conceptualize and develop communication material for branding & launch of the programs.
- Responsible for planning & managing contests/R&R programs across 200 plus locations.
- Map competition R&R schemes from time to time.
- Analyse success/learning of programs.
Person :
- 10-12 years experience
- Must have handled sales support/R&R programs.
- Ideally from Banking/Insurance/FMCG/Telecom industries.
