GM-Corporate HR Business Partner

About the company:

Our client is one of the largest mobile operators in India.Based out of Mumbai they are looking for a seasoned HR professional with experience as HR Business Partner, to drive the people strategy at the corporate level.

Role:

Reporting into the HR Director,you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with designated customer groups in developing and overseeing delivery of the transformational people agenda for the corporate circle

- Managing the delivery of people operations service through consultancy, project management and contracting with other HR service providers (HR Shared Services, COEs, and Function BP- s)

- Provide professional HR guidance to the corporate circle organisation and act as single point of contact for all people related issues

- Managing project and implementation plans that ensure delivery of the People Plan. Manage project teams in partnership with Function HR BP's to ensure targets and milestones are delivered

- Enhancing the leadership capability of customers, providing coaching and development to Line Managers

As a successful candidate:

You should have an MBA from Tier 1 Institute,Batch 1997-2002 only (IIMs, XLRI, XIMB, MDI, IMI, IMT, SCMHRD, SIBM) with relevant experience as HR Business Partner.

- You should have successfully handled leadership roles and led teams in the past.

- You should also have excellent leadership skills and stakeholder management.

Our client is only looking for candidates from FMCG/FMCG/BFSI/Services.
