We have an Excellent job opportunity in India`s largest plastic industry, handling various sub divisions.

Head quarter in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Position Title: General Manager

Position would be reporting to: VP Technical

Qualification - B.Tech / B.E

Job Location : Hosur

Job Description :

- To Ensure the operational profit margin of the plant is met as per the target. Prepare Capex, Operation Budget and capacity augmentation plan. Prepare and control annual revenue budget of the plant.

- Strategic and optimum utilization of Factory resources as per the management guidelines.

- To ensure Harmonious industrial relation is maintained and no labor / employee unrest is there at the Unit.

- Conduct short-term and long-term planning for the plant based on the business plan. Assess and suggest the improvement requirements with respect to automation, resources etc.

- Access the plant and functioning of all departments through periodic review and provide required update to the management. Conduct regular plant review meeting along with HOD's and coordinate for planning, execution and delivery as per the guidelines from the VP Technical.

- Identify, prioritize and deploy action items for competency development of the team and Engagement level of employees. Direct and guide team on departmental issues. Identify, groom, reward and develop high performers and future leaders. Resolve escalated conflicts and grievances. Set clear and objective goals and key responsibilities for the team. Identify training needs and impart on-job training.

- Review compliance of all department of the plant w.r.t Statutory, Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Manual and HR and Administration Manual and other guidelines provided by the management.
