Healthcare / RCM - Business HEAD for a leading BPO Operations in Chennai

POSITION / JOB TITLE. : General Manager - Operations (Healthcare) || Business Head

POSITION REPORTS TO : VP - Operations / COO

Location : Chennai

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Manage P&L, delivery and client relationship for current team predominantly in Chennai and Mumbai

2) Support the visible growth in new projects and support the growth in existing projects

3) Client advocacy and governance of all accounts - current and future

4) Provide direction to business affairs and define vision along with COO and CEO

5) Manages Client expectations and ensures Client satisfaction

DESIRED ROLE EXPOSURE :

1) Ability to handle large operations.

2) Demonstrated team/client handling skills in the past.

3) Deployed transformation and projects

4) Deployed RPA

5) Minimum 8 years of work experience in US Healthcare

6) Understanding of the entire Revenue Cycle Management

7) Understanding of the provider space apart from payor
