GM - Brand and Communication - Cable & Broadband (12 -15 yrs)

Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

- Responsible for overall brand & communication development and execution for C&B Business including development of brand name/ architecture/ guidelines, ATL & BTL communication plan development & execution, internal & external communication, PR, online & offline campaigns and reputation management

- Ensure brand, marketing & business KPIs like consistent / timely delivery, communication content optimization, consumer awareness, brand imagery and business deliverables for individual programs

- Responsible for ideation, development and execution of all brand & marketing communication strategy for C&B and programs in line with business requirements & KPIs

Skills and Knowledge :

- Knowledge & experience of consumer (internal & external) communication evaluation, ideation, development and implementation & measurement

- Ability to ideate, develop and execute marketing communication, promotional and customer engagement programs in line with business / marketing / brand objectives

Requirement :

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree

- Masters Degree with specialization in Marketing / Communication

Experience :

- 12 to 15 years experience in marketing & brand communications in FMCG, FMCD, Telecom and Wire industry.

- 7+ years- experience in handling brand / communication / online marketing agencies as client

- Experience in brand development for service / new economy industries preferred

- Experience of handling pan India / multiple telecom circles

Competencies :

- Superlative oral, written communication skills

- Excellent conceptualization and ideation skills backed by execution capabilities

- Excellent communication and coordination skills with all stakeholders and external agencies
