Looking for candidates with Marine Engineering /BE + MBA Finance /Operations/ Business Management from Top pedigree B Schools/ Post Graduation with 12 plus years experience out of which 8 to 10 years experience in Shipping & Logistics with minimum 2-3 years experience in a senior managerial role

Role entails To identify opportunities for business development, appraise, develop and drive projects, covering the Indian Subcontinent and the neighbouring countries supporting the regional organization strategy in the logistics infrastructure domain.

Cand Profile

- General management

- Strategic thinking, both from Org inland services- and a Group-perspective

- Project Management and implementation of Org projects

- Interpersonal skills, both in-house and external

- Develop ability to succeed in difficult and challenging conditions

- Risk management

- Different participation and asset models

- Portfolio management, incl. investment/divestment opportunities/decisions

- Exposure to full cycle development of logistics infrastructure projects, investments and acquisitions

- Project Management skills

- Communication & networking skills to interact with internal and external parties

- Strong analytical skills

- Proactive and self-motivated

Those with above experience from relevant sectors Investment Banks,Top Consulting firms into shipping and logistics domains or Corporate Finance mail cvs with compensation drawn and brief writeup about work achievements
