Role: GM/AVP - Plant Operations - Plan Head - Cement Plant - Complete responsibility Technical function for Operation and Maintenance of Grinding terminals &amp; Cement Plants. - Responsible for overall plant performance and productivity. - Define periodic performance reviews. - Responsible for maintaining and continuous improvements in quality standards of the plants. - Reviewing cost parameters - Ensuring process improvements and innovation. - Responsible for all technical and quality audits. - Regular reporting to the senior management. - Ensure for all environment, statutory, health &amp; safety guidelines are met. - Work closely with the on ground technical teams to ensure effective operations Experience: - Mechanical or process graduate - 20+ years of experience and min 10+ years as Plant Head. - Sound knowledge of the cement production process including cement chemistry and cement microscopy. - Experience in overseas cement plants is big advantage. Specially in Dubai or Middle East. - Real time experience in modern technology and processes in cement industry. - Deep understanding of domestic &amp; international safety guidelines. - Astute individual and effective communicator.
