GM/AVP - Human Resource - Manufacturing

- Location HR Head role for a leading Indian Manufacturing organization

- Strong Industrial Relations in reputed Manufacturing companies

- Effective Stakeholder Management and Business Partnership

- Ability to Manage headcount of 5000 +

- Experience of handling 3 levels of HR reporting (team size of 40+)

- Full-time MSW or MBA from a reputed institute / University

- Knowledge of Kannada is a must to effectively play the role

- Good knowledge of HR Processes and systems

- Ability to liase with govt authorities

- Sound knowledge on performance management system, Manpower planning

- Excellent communication Skills and Executive presence
