GM/AVP - Equity - Power Generation Firm (10-15 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading power generation company, looking for a GM / AVP - Equity.
The role will be responsible for heading the entire corporate finance function, to raise equity through PE / IPO / Mezz etc. Structuring the deal, creating the best valuation, bench marking, comparable.
Looking for candidates who have closed at least 5 equity deals in last 4 years.
Should have investment banking experience with top banks and advisory firms.
- Must have CA / CFA / MBA / PGDM from top B Schools.
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience.
Role based in Hyderabad
