GM/AVP - Digital Transformation & Quality - BPM (12-18 yrs)
- The Head of Transformation & Excellence is required to drive technology led transformation, building and driving organizational quality framework, technology led solutioning and process excellence across the business. This role requires the person to play a strategic role, overseeing and implementing digital products and solutions that will help the organization build sustainable technology led solutions for its clients across the globe.
- The person is required to have a sound and in-depth understanding of key verticals like e-commerce, fintech/insurTech, retail, etc wrt digital transformation, RPA/IPA, solutioning, process gap identification and should be able to get the solution for repeatability, with focus on technology first approach. Owns the technology, solutions and institutional quality function, while building the capacity down the line.
- Should be Six Sigma Black Belt Certified and should have run/overseen six sigma projects successfully
- Experience of evaluating and implementing technology solutions will be vital and critical.
- Should have exposure to latest technology advancements, bots, AI/ML penetration and applications.
