PURPOSE & SCOPE OF ROLE -
- Reporting to the Managing Director, supporting him in Business Transformation role for the company and driving a significant cross-functional effort in executing a set of initiatives of the company's Vision.
- Acting as the key support member to the Managing Director, the high-potential business leader will establish and maintain rigorous implementation, coordinating work of multi-functional teams
- This is a great chance for a strong profile with, preferably, a mix of strategy consulting experience and/or top-tier consumer goods to establish themselves in a role with significant managerial responsibility, high visibility to leadership and varied, intellectual work content
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
[A] Strategic:
- Lead strategic agenda: conduct analytical work and develop recommendations
- Lead delivery of business transformation projects: act as the key member responsible for establishing project governance, engaging colleagues across functions and business units, delegating/organizing work in an effective way, ensuring disciplined actions against timeline and leading communication within the organization.
- Support the mid-term and annual planning process
- Conducting targeted analytical deep-dive
- Monitoring implementation of strategic plan and preparing updates
- Participating in implementation of specific strategic or operational initiatives
- Keeping track of Retail and Entertainment industry and preparing updates
- Representation at various industry forums on behalf of MD
- Networking with related industry associations and seeking opportunities of membership/representation
[B] Operational:
- Preparing updates on Company Business plan and Company operations
- Analysing various Reports MIS, Financial, Generation etc. and suggesting action points
- Analysing business performance on monthly basis and highlighting critical areas
- Keeping track of important deadlines and providing updates on the status
- Participating in all important meetings and preparing notes
- Preparing presentations and speeches for MD/JMD
- Assist MD/JMD in all operational/business area and new initiatives

- Experience of working, liaising and building relationships with various stakeholders
- Maintaining confidentiality and use of high degree of judgment and discretion in handling matters
- Ability to prioritize activities
- Good communication & analytical skills
