Talent Acquisition (GM/AGM/SM) - Non Tech.

- We are executing a search for a leading Edtech Company with operations Pan India.

- As a part of their expansion plans they are looking at hiring Talent Acquisition personnel to help in expanding the Non Tech Employee base.

Location : Bangalore

Required :

1. Strong Communication Skills

2. Strong Negotiation Skills

3. Experience of Campus, Lateral, Bulk Hiring

4. Past experience in Talent Acquisition

5. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

6. Determining selection criteria.

7. Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

8. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

9. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details

10. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.

11. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

12. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Skill Set :

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- MBA from Tier I/II Institute

- Experience ranging from 6 to 10 years with major focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
