GM/AGM - Sales - Financial/Banking/Wealth Management (10-15 yrs)

Background and Educational Requirements:

Experience in industries like finance, financial services, banks, wealth advisory, private banking and education is highly preferred.

- Education - MBA from a premier college is a must.

- 8 - 12 years work experience in a similar role is required.

- Excellent sales force management skills learnt in industries like private banking, wealth advisory are highly preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, are a must have. Relaxation in Hindi requirement for Expat candidates.

- Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and convince others is required.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle huge teams, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Onboarding and Managing a team of high performing relationship managers across locations.

- Creating an indirect Channel Sales team and ensuring that they achieve desired revenue and profitability numbers.

- Student Assessment & Counseling: Ensure that the Relationship Managers are able to assess the aptitude, skills, learning abilities, and personalities of the students through appropriate psychometric/ other tools. They should be able to counsel them if they are facing any issue and help them make the right decisions to shine in their lives.

- Parent Advisory & Support: Build sales teams to help parents in understanding their children so that they are able to guide them in achieving the best version of their selves, and advise them on choosing the right direction for their wards, through workshops, trainings, one-on-one interactions, among other methods.

- Consultative Sales: Create sales teams that sell only the right products, as per needs, wants and aspirations of the students and parents, like skill enhancement workshops, specialised sports coaching, summer school programs, entrance exam coaching support, admission counseling, etc., for customers in ours and other schools, colleges and universities.

- Product Development: Work with the central product development team so that the needs and wants of the customers and consumers are fulfilled by offering them the right product portfolio.

- Customer Service: Ensure that NPS is at least in second quartile as compared to peers.

- Operational Process Management: Ensuring that service delivery is standardized and that the feedback systems are working properly. Data collection, reporting, analysis, preparing recommendations, and coordinating with central and school authorities, will be part of your responsibilities
