- Responsible towards driving a cultural shift in the organization through the culture of discipline, adherence to standards and procedures
- Ensure reduction in attrition rates and lower absenteeism
- Work towards improvement of driver satisfaction score (Previous hands-on experience in Q12 Gallup Survey would be an added advantage)
- Spear heading all driver communication programmes through various initiatives specially focused on sense of belongingness and pride, core human truths, communication & appreciations
- Strategizing and planning various rewards and recognition programmes based on the performance, interactions and innovations
- Initiating and launching meaningful incentive programmes to foster interest, encouragement and feedback
- Establishing a mechanism towards a fool proof driver grievance redressal system through integration of various channels
- Developing a career growth plan, training and development
