Role : AVP Product development Job Responsibilities : - Serve as a key member of GlowRoads business team, helping to drive overall strategy and business growth for china/International to India business. - Manage end-to-end all vendor contracting and onboarding processes - Negotiate favorable terms of the relationship with vendors with the help of China team - Build scale into the business function by collaborating with internal stakeholders (category managers, seller sales and account teams) to develop joint business plans and upsell opportunities with coherent messaging/positioning for buyers/sellers/partners. - Identify specific prospects/partners to approach while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case. Build and execute the strategic business plan while working with key internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial programs. - Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers. Required Qualification : - 3-5 yrs of hardcore business experience in e-commerce in International sourcing - Solid understanding of e-commerce landscape - Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills - Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions. - Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders with individually developed concepts - Demonstrated ability to deal with CXO in large organizations, a proven track record of negotiating complex business contracts and deals Preferred Qualification : - Prior experience with a leading beauty &amp; personal care e-commerce company eg. Nykaa, purplle, Myglamm, Sugar, etc. - People management experience - Self-motivated team player, with refined and assertive leadership skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel-path projects - Large CE company sales or marketing experience preferred
