Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and increasing overall market share across all the segment
- Managing team and team activities for the branch.
- Identifying Prospective RM, Dealers, and Generating business from the existing & new clients thereby achieving business targets.
- Make strategic planning to grow Business & managing relationships with HNI clients & retail clients.
- Negotiating mutually profitable Investment opportunities with clients by creating cross sell and up sell opportunities.
- Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.
- Attending and contributing at sales meetings.
- Measuring customer satisfaction levels.
- Taking on complex customer issues and resolving them.
Salary Range: 12 - 15 LPA
