Lead HR Business Partner - WFH - Remote role


Roles and Responsibilities :

- The person will be responsible for BHR, ensuring the support to operation teams and employees.

- Resolving employee issues with established policies and aligned with corporate values.

- Collaborate with BU leads to act on priorities and provide solutions

- Liaise with stakeholders from other teams as required for seamless delivery on objectives

- Proactively discuss and propose new initiatives and changes in consultation with COEs

- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Training teams for smooth on-boarding and accelerated Development programs

- Implement BU specific processes and initiates

- Drive R&R program implementation

- Support ELC events, collaborate with COE as required.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must have work experience of 7 Years in similar role with ITES/services organization.

- Good communications skills, result driven professional.
