Inside Sales Manager/Sr.Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and opportunities.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Closes new accounts by answering telephone, online and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
- Develops accounts by checking customers buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Contribute and innovate upon sales pitches elevator pitch, second level details as well as objection handling for different channels.
- Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open-communication culture inside your team
- Report whats working and whats not
- Capture and log every interaction on CRM tool

- Demonstrable experience of managing self and achieving the sales / inside sales targets
- Demonstrable ability of having a solid network on professional channels and communities such as - LinkedIn.
- Technical background / qualification is a plus
- Experience of gaming industry is a plus
