Job Responsibilities HRBP: - Acts as SPOC for all HR related matter of a Business Unit/Units. - Collaborates with HR strategy team and BU leader to develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs to enhance E-SAT (employee satisfaction) - Ensure successful implementation of performance assessment & development framework by ensuring timely goal setting, performance review, performance development plan to drive high performance across BU. - Risk analysis and succession planning - Ensures all HR statutory compliances are met. - Correct and timely inputs to Payroll for salary processing. - Participates and contributes in org level initiatives process, policies related changes, org events, HR programs etc - Drives 100 percent compliance on HR initiatives like Leadership development, timely closure of the appraisal process, getting development reviews done in time, ensuring connect between employees & managers, org induction etc Training and Development : - Acting as the go-to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans - Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their projects and training requirements - Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching - Program Management for Technical, process and behavioral training - Facilitation of programs in Bangalore, Chennai and other regions, Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives - Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences - Monitor the quality of training delivery with training delivery partners -Compliance and audits for L & D - Having good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Minimum 6 years of professional experience of which at least 2 in the L&D function - Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables - Will also handle one of the accounts as BPHR - End to end employee life cycle - Employee engagement, PMS, Induction, Exit, Client visit, retention, career planning Note : This position requires travel out of Bangalore in a Quater and weekly once to Client location in Bangalore
