About the role: - Globalise is looking for a Head of Investment Advisory to lead the development of research capabilities and processes to be identify, qualify and advise on investment products suitable for its clients. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of capital markets and experience advising HNI clients in India. Responsibilities: - Develop the Globalise strategy for research and qualification of suitable investment products - Leverage data and technology to build processes for making investment recommendations - Implement processes to monitor and evaluate portfolios to provide ongoing advice - Define the product priorities and short, medium, and long-term roadmap Skills and Experience: - Experience of working with HNI clients in India in an investment advisory role - Experience of evaluating investment opportunities and devising long term investment strategies - Understanding of research methodologies and formal industry metrics for rating investment opportunities - Ability to organise and manage internal teams and external partners - Strong strategic thinking capabilities with an executional mindset - Entrepreneurial and creative attitude
