About the role: - Globalise is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the sales efforts for the Globalise platform. The ideal candidate must have a background in wealth management and prior experience working in a BFSI focused sales / business development role for a financial institution. Responsibilities: - Identify the prospects across IFAs, NBFCs and Banks - Drive the business initiatives across the target segments - Segregate the prospects based on their customer base and ability to influence them, and strategize to target prospects accordingly - Pro-actively approach and establish contact with key stakeholder at prospective partners - Organise initial level meetings to help the key stakeholders identify the overall value from the possible collaboration - Co-create the sales strategy to address the business objectives of prospective partners Skills and Experience: - Strong experience in managing B2B sales for BFSI - Deep understanding of IFA / Wealth Manager dynamics - Ability to organise and manage internal teams and external partners - Strong strategic thinking capabilities with an executional mindset - Entrepreneurial and creative attitude About Globalise : - Globalise is a digital wealth management platform that enables customers to build global wealth portfolios.
