Position Details :

Background : To build, head and manage the Pune/Mumbai City operations. The incumbent should have a background in Marketing (with digital focus) and/or Partnerships and will be responsible to recruit and manage the Pune/Mumbai team at large, and oversee all content, marketing, sales, partnerships. The individual should preferably be from media, entertainment, E-Commerce/Retail, Marketing, IT marketing, Sales.

Job Location : Pune, Mumbai.

Job Description :

- Hiring Partnerships and Community Manager, Social Media Lead for the company

- Implementing/adapting India growth strategy on a city level

- Spearheading all key associations and partnerships for the company

- Working closely with Sales + Content on growth goals

- Leading key collaborations+partnerships for content scaling

- Overseeing and monitoring all social media handles for the company

- Overseeing all community development and growth initiatives for the company

- Representing the company at events

- Overseeing all events executed under sales or community for the company

- Point of contact for the company for the core/lead team

- Ideate and execute the launch for the company

- Key person responsible for Sales Revenue Generation.

- Working on introducing equity/debt Investors for investing in company.

Experience :

- At least 2 years of work experience as a Marketing Manager/Partnerships and City Manager at a IT digital-first company

Preferred:

- Must be comfortable with digital marketing as well as target originated marketing job profile.

- Must be comfortable with digital marketing as well as target originated job role.

- Must have a strong network in Mumbai/Pune
