We are looking for a competent Vice President (Human Resources & Administration) to Lead & Drive these functions as part of being an effective Business Enabler operation which aligns with overall Company's objective of being a High Performance Driven entity with sustained Growth and Profitability.

This position has high accountability + visibility to Company's Growth Strategies and reports in to the President - Corporate. We want candidates who can accomplish + prove that they are leaders and strategic thinkers, effective people managers and problem-solvers. If you are someone with over 15 - 18 years of relevant experience in HR with a greater understanding / work knowledge within IT Industry. we would definitely want to talk to you!

This is a critical position considering that effective management and empowerment of Human Assets are paramount in any Technology focused Global Enterprise, like our client. Leading this function mandates the seeker to display exemplary thinking, self-initiated approach, attitude and capabilities.

Responsibilities :

- Strategically plan human resource strategies in support of organizational goals

- Collaborate with management team to craft the company's vision and mission

- Manage organizational change to increase employee satisfaction and productivity

- Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies

- Develop strategic HR plans and policies (for recruitment, training, compensation & ER initiatives etc.)

- Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency

- Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR executives

- Decide and act on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.

- Identify opportunities for improving, developing and conserving human resources

- Demonstrate ability to use data and statistics to solve real-world HR problems

- Structure competitive compensation packages, and measure their success

- Leverage advanced knowledge and skills to succeed as a senior VP of HR

- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices

- Prepare reports for the President & Chairman using business metrics and KPIs

Key Criteria to be considered as part of overall experience of candidate:

- Responsibilities undertaken working with Top and Senior Management as Business Partner - Business Enabler

- Relevant Industry experience in Technology space (Preferred minimum of 8+ years during entire tenure)

- Having experience as Recruiter - sourcing, hiring resources which is a major challenge for every enterprise today.

- Managing Change & diverse employee environment (Combination of Highly experienced, Old Loyal workforce who may not be as amiable to rapid changes vs New Millenials / Gen Z workforce who seek quick actions, results and gratifications)

- Being part of having driven Business transition / transformation of critical functions in an organization

- Experience of having worked in uncertain / ambiguous situations as well as possessing ability to drive assertive decisions

- Should have Global Business understanding and work exposure (US / Europe / Middle-East / Asia Pac) in addition to India

- Be a Valued, Trusted Confidante of Business Teams

- Initiatives via Programmatic approach for Employee Engagement

- Establishing a strong Learning & Development Program for Technical / Soft Skills across the organization

- Focus on aggressive Hiring Life Cycle / Turn Around Time (TAT) to close positions

- Driving Automation and Analytics - Metrics based performance assessment of HR / Admin functions and presenting it to CEO / Chairman + Executive Management team on periodic basis

- Should be extremely self-initiated, self-driven while leading the team

Requirements :

- Proven experience as VP of HR+Admin or other senior HR roles preferably in IT Product/services companies

- Experience in strategic planning and implementation

- Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, talent management, PMS, OD, Campus hiring,..etc.)

- Ability to use varied HR & Admin metrics and analytics

- Knowledge of local and international HR laws & policies

- Aptitude in communicating and public speaking

- Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities

- Graduate in any discipline with additional Certifications in HR / Admin Management mandatory. Post graduation in HR would be highly desirable
