Global Transition Head - Female
- The Global Transition Lead will be responsible for the entire transition portfolio, with responsibility for projects being delivered on time, meeting business & technical requirements and within the agreed budget.
People management :
- Leading the Global Transition team of Regional Transition Leads, Project Delivery Managers, Process Engineers, Transition Analysts and Partner resources across locations
- Driving a culture of openness, transparency, diversity, inclusivity, and accountability within the team
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing the Regional Transition Leads and Senior Project
- Delivery Managers with skills & capabilities which are 'future fit'
- Identifying and implementing learning & development initiatives to build the team's skills & capabilities
- Continuously seeking feedback and driving areas of improvement to increase people pulse survey scores
Strategy and planning :
- Providing oversight and managing the transition projects portfolio across businesses & functions
- Aligning resourcing needs (competency and capacity), budgetary requirements etc. based on transition forecasts and project requirements
- Supporting transitions alignment with the strategy defined by the Function Heads, leadership and Leadership Teams
- A minimum of 16+ years of Transition & Project/Program Management experience
- Experience in building & managing large global cross-cultural high performing team members
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Application of new age tools and technologies for project management & execution
- Ability to excel in a complex organization, with fast-paced, high-demand, delivery-oriented environment
- Experience of managing and executing projects virtually
- High degree of personal impact
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer impacts
