Description
Reporting into Talent Acquisition Head, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for
- Driving sourcing for Sales and all support functions including HR, Finance, business development etc. to support fast paced business growth in new geographies
- Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and reduce time to hire
- Work closely with the senior global stakeholders while driving a consultative and influential approach to understand business needs and deliver accordingly
- Handling end to end sourcing for critical sales postions across US, Japan, Singapore etc. as an individual contributor
- Sourcing candidates through various portals to fill niche requirements and managing good turn-around time
- Ensure right information is communicated to the business stakeholders about the candidates' profile post first interaction with the candidates
- Ensuring robust talent mapping across the market landscape for all niche requirements
Profile
A successful candidate:
- 8+ years of experience in a sourcing role for global geographies, working with a reputed technology or product company.
- Candidates from only strong sourcing background across US, UK, Japan, Singapore etc. will be considered
- Should come with good flexibility and open mind to step into hiring for non-technology functions as career progression
- Robust interpersonal skills and should have good experience in evaluating candidates basis first interaction and share the same with the business
- Expert in networking and talent mapping, hiring for niche skills in Technology and Engineering sales etc.
- MBA (HR) from a good B school
- Candidates from sourcing background are highly preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
