Global Talent Acquisition Head - India & US - IT (12-15 yrs)

Required Global Talent Acquisition Head (India & US) from IT Services Industry background


Location- Gurgaon

Experience - 12-16 years

Direct Reports, Team - 4-5/35

Working Hours - 4 pm to 1 am (IST)

Required Male candidates only.

We are looking for a passionate recruiting leader who will develop a world class talent acquisition function by ensuring timely fulfillment of the human capital requirements, providing an outstanding experience to both internal and external customers and building a strong employer brand for both India and US geography.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with Business, HR Business Partners and Resource Management Group in identification & prioritization of current & future talent needs, and the deployment of requisite recruiting strategy for fulfillment 


- Ensure effective fulfillment for all Project ensuring zero revenue loss


 - Adhere to recruitment budgets and overall resourcing costs


 - Manage key ratios of TAT, CPH, Joining Ratio, Referral contribution and infant mortality 


- Ensure key business stakeholders are delighted with the right TA partnership model


 - Provide insights to Business regarding industry trends and competitors and the consequent impact on talent landscape and recruitment strategy 


- Partner with Marketing to develop and drive a strong employer brand on social media channels deployed for recruitment,as an employer of choice 


- Ensure that the recruitment strategy aligns with the diversity and inclusiveness goals of the organization 


- Partner with Global Mobility function to enable successful on boarding of visa dependent candidates

Qualifications and abilities :


- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in Business Management (preferred) 


- 12-15 years of recruiting experience in the IT industry (US and India) demonstrating ability to develop and implement strategies which lead to improvement of recruitment metrics and strong team management skills


 - In depth understanding of recruitment dynamics driving talent acquisition strategies for US and India geographies


 - The successful candidate will be an influence with strong negotiating skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to continuously raise the hiring bar. 


- The working hours for this position will be from 4 pm to 1 am (IST) as it is global role covering both USA and India geography
