Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose: Ensure seamless &amp; proactive Supply Chain by ensuring timely planning and execution of freight, effective supply and demand planning, delivery to Welspun/ Retailer Warehouse and effective coordination of last-mile delivery across countries. Take up improvement projects to address key pain areas; form and lead squad teams and resolve people/process/technology challenges within aggressive timelines Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management - Accountable for end-to-end Ecommerce supply chain for all geographies. - Coordinate with Regional Supply chain teams to ensure proper execution of the processes. - Act as an interface between Marketplace teams, 3PL provider, KAMs, Logistics, Global Sourcing, Plants, IT, Finance, Country teams and other supply chain functions and manage key activities to ensure efficient process governance &amp; information flow. - Record, analyze and follow up the dispute situations (complaints, chargebacks, returns etc.) in accordance with the credit, the sales and controlling teams, and the physical distribution. Over all Responsibilities - Identify root causes for daily operational issues (system, process, people) and implement sustainable resolutions. - Create &amp; refine SOPs for end to end OTC process and ensure adherence. - SPOC for Global command &amp; control centre backend modules - work closely with command &amp; control centre lead to develop and maintain backend dashboards. - Lead new program launches by collaborating with cross functional teams including product design, product merchandizing, sourcing and production teams. S&amp;OP Process Optimization &amp; Strategy - Accountable for key supply chain elements like Inventory Management, Order fulfilment and Warehouse management. - Strengthen back-end infrastructure by building the right capabilities around S&amp;OP processes and enabling technologies and organization - Collaborate with KAMs, Country Demand Planners and customers to monitor and ensure customer (both marketplaces and end-customers) service expectations are met and exceeded. - Ensure periodic revision of inventory norms based on changing business scenarios and implementation of the same. - Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. Demand Planning &amp; Fulfilment - Monitor the forecast models for different product categories, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources. - Evaluate the forecast results and suggest corrective measures. - Ensure that there is an uninterrupted supply of goods for operations and escalate matters if there is any threat. Ensure that stocks are available to ensure continuous supply to the customers. Competencies /skills required - Inventory &amp; Warehouse Management - Procurement Planning - Supplier Relationship Management - Digital logistics tools &amp; workflows - Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts - Thorough understanding of demand planning models of various e-commerce platforms - Strong conceptual knowledge of the demand planning function - Knowledge of latest trends and best practices in demand planning - Strong skills in strategic planning - Thorough understanding of demand planning tools available in the market - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) - Process Orientation - Interpersonal skills - Multi-tasking - Planning &amp; Organizing Note: 1.
