Global Reward Analyst - Fashion Accessories & Apparels - Asia (5-10 yrs)

Our client is a world renowned leader in the field of consumables related to Fashion accessories & Apparels. They have strong business presence globally as well as in India with a credible track record for several decades and having revenues of over 1 Billion USD.

Purpose:

This role is part of the global team to review, develop and drive the review and implementation of compensation, benefits, recognition, global banding, and related policies. Support the Reward Business Partner in providing independent analysis of current schemes, conduct benchmarking exercises and perform computations where required. Prepare cost /benefit analysis with guidance.

Job Duties:

- Supports implementation of total rewards global projects / program and ensure appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines. May be tasked to be in charge of implementation of Reward global processes in local markets.

- Generate and conduct data analysis, interpret results and ability to make recommendations for improvement

- Conduct external benchmarking

- Support job evaluations and related global band work to implement career pathing project

- Consult with Asia HR team in day-to-day reward activities, reviews programs and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

- Prior experience in sub-regional / regional Reward work will be advantageous

- Eye for details and analytical

- Tenacity and change mindset

- Able to independently identify issues, prioritise and deliver with minimal supervision

- Familiar with market surveys

- Written and spoken English, preferably 1 additional Asian language

- Experience in remuneration structure and compensation practices of South Asia countries is advantageous

- Success Factors experience is advantageous
