Position- Global Recruitment Specialist

Client - Leading MNC for Media Internet Company

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 4-10 years

Responsibilities :

- Organize, plan and manage the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates to on boarding utilizing the budgeted resources to deliver consistent and timely results;

- Drive improvements to global recruitment policies and processes to ensure a streamlined, effective, and high quality services are delivered.

- Successfully fulfill the international team 's needs

Requirement :

- Degree or above in Human Resources or related field.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Experience closing senior and/or executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.

- 3+ years experience in talent acquisition
