Job Description :
- Excellent understanding of needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stake holders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies
- Successfully fulfill the International team's needs.
- Identify, attract and close senior level candidates that are aligned with hiring plans in business related roles.
- Develop efficient hiring process and ensure high -touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
Job requirements :
- Bachelors Degree or above in Human resource or related field
- 4+ years of Experience and fluent English expression skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels in the organisation.
- Experience in closing senior / or executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
